From your Android phone or tablet, you’ll be able to track down misplaced earbuds and adjust listening modes.
Apple has a long history of great audio devices, including Airpods and Beats products. The Beats Studio Buds were introduced last year, and the business is now expanding the colour options available to users.
Pink, Blue, and Gray are the three new color options offered by the company. This is in addition to the currently available colors of Black, Red, and White. Apple Store, Best Buy, Amazon, and Target will all have the new color options available starting today.
In addition to the new color options, the Beats Studio Buds are getting a slew of additional Android-specific functionality. Product Widgets and a function called “Locate my Beats” will be supported by the company.
The Locate mu Buds tool, as the name suggests, will aid with the recovery of misplaced earphones. Users will be able to check battery life information and control listening modes from their Android devices via product widgets.
It’s worth noting that these new features are arriving to Android after being available to iOS users for some time. The functions are also not limited to the Beats Studio Buds, but are available on all Beats products that work with the Beats app on Android.
Apple also announced that the Beats Studio Buds are the most popular Beats product to date. In the United States, the wireless earbuds may be purchased for $150 from a variety of retailers, including Apple’s own stores.
Android users who own Beats products will benefit from additional capabilities. The Apple-owned company has updated its Android app to include “Locate my Beats” and Product Widgets features.
From your Android phone or tablet, you’ll be able to find misplaced earbuds, check battery life, and select listening modes (including noise cancellation). Similar services are included into iOS. For example, iPhone users can utilize Find My to locate compatible devices.
All items that work with the Beats app on Android, including Studio Buds, will have these features. Beats just announced three new color options for the $150 Studio Buds, which the company claims is the fastest-selling Beats product to date. Apple’s website now sells the Sunset Pink, Ocean Blue, and Moon Gray colors.
